Return Policy

At Nova Cartridge, we prioritize hygiene, safety and product integrity.
Due to the nature of tattoo cartridge needles as sterile, single-use products, returns are handled under strict conditions.

Returns Eligibility

Unopened and unused boxes may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

* The product must remain sealed in its original packaging
* The outer box must be undamaged
* The sterile blisters must remain intact
* The item must not have been used

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or unsealed cartridge boxes cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

* Your order number
* Photos of the damaged item
* Photos of the outer packaging

We will review the case and provide a suitable resolution.

Returns must be approved before shipping.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Business Orders

Orders placed by registered businesses or studios may not be eligible for standard consumer return rights under EU law.

If you have questions regarding bulk or studio orders, please contact us directly.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
