Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unopened and unused
• The outer box must remain sealed
• Sterile blisters must remain intact
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, tattoo cartridge needles are sterile, single-use products. Opened or unsealed boxes cannot be returned.

Returns must be approved before shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
We will evaluate the case and provide a resolution.
Business Orders
Orders placed by registered businesses or professional studios may not qualify for standard consumer return rights under EU law.
For bulk or studio orders, please contact us directly.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
